What will I see on my credit card statement?
If you have ordered any items [Coolers/ Tumblers/ Accessories] in addition to your Complimentary "Built Ford Proud" OtterBox Cooler, you will see a charge from PT Marketing or Personal Touch Marketing & Manufacturing - an official partner of OtterBox.
When will my order ship?
Your order will generally ship within 10 – 16 business days from order submission. Please Note: Complimentary "Built Ford Proud" OtterBox coolers may take up to 7 additional business days to complete the audit process.
For all "paid" items, these may ship separately from your Complimentary "Built Ford Proud" OtterBox cooler.
Standard delivery via UPS may take approximately 5 – 7 business days from the Shipping Confirmation [vs. Order Confirmation] to physically arrive at the Recipient's Address of Record.
Will I be able to track my order? If so, how do I track it?
Yes. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can enter the tracking number at https://www.ups.com/track. Please note, it may take 1 – 2 days after shipment, and in some cases longer, for the tracking information to update.
What if my tracking/order says it is delivered, but I don't have my package?
Please file a claim with UPS here: https://muat2.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page. We are not able to assist you until a claim has been filed with UPS.
