What will I see on my credit card statement?
If you have ordered any items [Coolers/ Tumblers/ Accessories] you will see a charge from PT Marketing or Personal Touch Marketing & Manufacturing - an official partner of OtterBox.

When will my order ship?
Your order will generally ship within 10 – 16 business days from order submission. Please Note may take up to 7 additional business days to complete the audit process.

Coolers and accessories may ship separately.

Standard delivery via UPS may take approximately 3 – 6 business days from the Shipping Confirmation [vs. Order Confirmation] to physically arrive at the Recipient's Address of Record.

Will I be able to track my order? If so, how do I track it?
Yes. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can enter the tracking number at https://www.ups.com/track. Please note, it may take 24 hours after shipment, and in some cases longer, for the tracking information to update.

What if my tracking/order says it is delivered, but I don't have my package?
Please file a claim with UPS here: https://muat2.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page. We are not able to assist you until a claim has been filed with UPS.
